Redhead, fronted by influencer Mauri, sought to expand its online presence beyond a simple, homegrown website. Key objectives included showcasing Mauri’s popular chip brand, introducing merchandise sales, and ensuring the scalability needed for future growth. Panagora’s role was to create a seamless Shopify experience that captured Redhead’s mischievous personality while operating within a tight budget and timeline. To help keep costs down, Redhead granted Panagora full creative freedom.

Insights

Redhead’s existing setup was limited in both functionality and brand expression, lacking the scalability to support a growing audience. As a youthful, influencer-led concept, the brand required an engaging user experience that would transition smoothly from influencer content to e-commerce. Additionally, the tight budget and schedule demanded a focused approach without compromising the brand’s playful essence.

Idea

Panagora proposed a streamlined Shopify solution with a playful yet minimalistic design tailored to Redhead’s style guidelines. By prioritizing essential features and leveraging Panagora’s creative freedom, the project remained financially feasible and delivered a unique brand experience. Key deliverables included a scalable theme emphasizing a clean shopping journey, straightforward and content management.
