Tom Wood partnered with Panagora to define a scalable e-commerce strategy built around Shopify Plus. The project focused on simplifying the tech stack, strengthening content and product management, and creating a future-ready foundation for global commerce and omnichannel growth.

Tom Wood’s previous website was built on a composable tech stack with Brink Commerce as the e-commerce engine. As the business grew, managing the many interconnected systems became increasingly complex and costly. The tightly integrated architecture also made replacing individual components more difficult than expected.

Tom Wood needed a simpler, more flexible foundation that would allow the team to focus on its core business rather than managing technology.

We built an innovative size form, encompassing the product price, stock status indications, and a wishlist feature. All of this was baked into a slick package, easily visible on both mobile and desktop devices.

— Panagora understands ecommerce, structure and our brand – that's what lets us focus on customers and growth instead of the platform itself.

We built a powerful “stacked” section, allowing a content administrator to stack any kind of media, text or CTA on top of each other. The section was also built as a block, allowing endless content flexibility where sections and blocks become interchangeable for different use cases.
