Panagora helped SNS move from BigCommerce to Shopify Plus. Resulting in a streamlined standard approach with faster workflows, smarter integrations, and a global storefront strategy setup built for scale.

After an 18-month move to a composable BigCommerce setup, SNS found the new platform too complex and costly for its leaner organization. Just six months after launch, SNS returned to Panagora with a clear goal: migrate to Shopify Plus quickly and build a simpler, scalable foundation for growth.

To help the SNS e-commerce team save time by minimizing administration, we implemented a Flow system that automates much of the manual work. For example, when a product is created, it is automatically matched with other products belonging to the same style/colorway, ensuring that related products are easily visible and can be navigated between directly from the product page — without any additional administrative effort.

— We went from zero to Shopify Plus with three storefronts, over a million customers, and a completely new backend structure in just a few weeks.

We built a powerful raffle system that allows SNS to sell high-demand, limited-supply products in an organized way, while also enabling them to generate sales and gather valuable product insights before the products even hit the warehouse shelves. This enables faster sell-through while providing invaluable market insights.
