Panagora migrated ADOORE from a pre-purchased theme to a custom design on Shopify 2.0, giving the fast-growing womenswear brand a platform that matches its identity — a premium brand experience paired with conversion-optimized UX, built to scale globally.
We built a fast, flexible foundation on our theme development boilerplate, with Online Store 2.0 sections on every page — giving the ADOORE team full creative control over campaigns, content, and merchandising without developer support.
One of the main challenges was balancing brand and conversion. ADOORE creates statement pieces that celebrate the female body, with a strong emphasis on fit, the design needed to feel as considered as the garments themselves, while every step from discovery to checkout stayed fast, intuitive, and built to convert.
